– We recruit Chief Operating Officers or similar roles where the profile requires someone with a base Finance background. This may be the case in a smaller independent company or in a professional services firm, where a Finance Director’s responsibilities can be broader than Finance and additionally can include some of the following: Commercial, IT, Legal, Property, Procurement, HR, etc.

– As well as having recruited Finance Directors for their Investee Companies, we have also helped Private Equity firms in recruiting in-house Investment Directors / Executives, Portfolio Directors and Heads of Fund Administration.
