Interim Senior Finance Executives -

– We are in contact with many serial interim Finance Executives and/or other individuals who are available and prepared to undertake interim assignments. Many of these individuals have been known to us over some time and would come well-recommended. You will see from  Our Track Record that we have placed Interim Finance Directors, Interim Financial Controllers and Interim Treasurers. We can also help with Interim FP&A Director/Manager and Interim Corporate Finance/M&A Director/Manager roles.

We would be happy to review our extensive specialist database for suitable individuals who may be available for short-term project work (e.g. 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or possibly longer).

Please note that we do not operate as an “Interim Business”. Interim executives introduced would be employed directly by the Client (either on a self-employed basis through their own billing vehicle or through the client’s payroll). We would charge a separate appropriate fixed monthly introduction fee to be agreed with the Client (usually on a monthly basis for the duration of the contract).

We would probably get involved with Interim Finance Executives with day rates around £750 – £2,500 per day. For less experienced individuals with day rates below this level, refer further below under “Junior” Permanent & Contract / Temporary Finance Roles.

(non-Finance) Senior Executive & NED Appointments -

In addition to servicing the financial recruitment needs of his own clients through Chryssaphes Associates (his wholly owned operation), Harry Chryssaphes also acts as Partner – Head of CFO/Finance Practice at Bailey Montagu Executive Search, who are a moregeneralist” boutique executive search firm. Harry’s involvement at Bailey Montagu runs in parallel with his fuller time involvement here. Bailey Montagu are a London based, mandate driven, 5 partner firm, that also has an office presence in Dubai (UAE) and in Houston (USA).

Bailey Montagu has various industry sector practices areas and recruits across the range of Senior Executive Management and has handled roles in UK/Europe, Middle East and USA. They have an in-house Research Team (that we also have access to here if appropriate).  Harry separately undertakes CFO/Finance searches that originate with Bailey Montagu clients as required, supporting/working alongside the relevant sector practice Bailey Montagu Partner.

Sectors in which Bailey Montagu are particularly experienced in include: Business Support Services, Chemicals, Consumer/Retail, Defence, Energy/Oil & Gas/Utilities, Industrials, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Private Equity, Professional Services, Property, Security and Transportation.

“Junior” Permanent & Contract / Temporary Finance Roles -

We have a Joint Venture with Choralis Consulting, our Independent Recruitment Partners that operate at this level that we have known for many years. We would recommend them at this level of appointment. They are located n the same office building as our own Administration Office at Kings Langley, near Watford, Hertfordshire; and we are in regular contact. Choralis handle permanent accounting/finance in the c.£40-80k salary level, which is below the level at which we operate ourselves. They are also strong in the temporary/contract space for accounting/finance roles up to c. £800 day rate. They operate as an Interim Business in this area.
