We specialise in recruiting “The CFO/Finance Director and their Team” – depending upon the size of organisation, this might mean the CFO/Finance Director and their direct/indirect reports – their first/second line “lieutenants”. Typical positions that we recruit will be Board level or Senior/Middle Management appointments. 

We have supported many different types of organisation in their search for outstanding Finance Executives including FTSE 50/100, FTSE250/350, AIM-listed, privately owned and PE-backed companies.

We recruit roles at Group, Division/Regional and Operating unit level and, being functional rather than sector specialists, we operate across very many different industry sectors. We are particularly strong in the recruitment of:

CFOs / Group Finance Directors

Finance Directors / Financial Controllers at Divisional/Regional or Business Unit Level

Group Financial Controller, Group Treasurer, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Head of Risk/Internal Audit, Director of Business Development, Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Commercial Finance, etc.

Most of our work (by definition non-Group CFO roles) falls in the c. £100-275,000 salary range. We typically work on Finance positions with a minimum salary of c. £80,000. We have no upper limit. Our “sweet spot”, where we are particularly strong, is probably Finance roles at the c. £100-200,000 salary level. Traditional “classic” search can struggle and take a long time to find suitable candidates at this level without the deep specialist knowledge and network/database that we have developed over 30+ years in the field.
